Services
The Calm Traveler Guide provides travel planning tools, resources, and consulting services for independent travelers. The free workbook, validator, and scorecard are provided for informational purposes. They are not a substitute for professional travel advice and do not guarantee any specific travel outcome.
Paid services
Paid planning services require a fee agreement before work begins. All fees are clearly communicated prior to any commitment. The $147 Calm Trip Review fee applies as a direct credit toward any planning tier if you proceed to a full plan.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the 2-3-1 framework, workbook, scorecard, and written materials — is the property of Harold Wilkerson and The Calm Traveler Guide. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any part of this content without written permission.
Limitation of liability
The Calm Traveler Guide is not responsible for travel disruptions, cancellations, financial losses, or any other outcomes that may occur during your trip, regardless of whether planning services were used. Travel involves inherent uncertainty. Our role is to reduce structural risk — not to eliminate it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where Harold Wilkerson operates.
